Meet our President: Tammy Allen MSN, RN

Tammy Allen is the President of Innovative Auditing Solutions, LLC. Tammy has spent her career working in quality-driven organizations, starting as a bedside nurse and applying her skills in Obstetrics (OB), Emergency Department (ED), and Intensive Care (IC). In 2013, she became an auditor at DNV, specializing in quality-based accreditation audits for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation. She expanded her experience by becoming an International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 lead auditor, developing and managing DNV's certification department, and growing the portfolio to fifteen programs. 

In 2022, Tammy’s expertise and passion for auditing moved beyond compliance-focused to risk-based methodologies when SG Collaborative Solutions licensed her to become the first to audit Collaborative Just Culture® (CJC) programs and Collaborative High Reliability® (CHR) organizations. These independent audits expanded her skills to include physician groups, Emergency Medical Services, fire departments, and the aviation sector. 

Today, Innovative Auditing Solutions provides independent, quality-based audits across all high-consequence industries. Knowing that external audits should be more than mere document compliance, Innovative Auditing Solutions (IAS) provides evidence-based auditing and examinations, grounded in quality and risk management. IAS ensures that organizations document compliance and monitor, measure, align, and integrate results.
